Your tasks
- Performing centralized quality assurance for all of our additive manufacturing areas (silicon, germanium, etc.).
- Execution and documentation of measurements
- Initial sample tests
- Sampling according to customer specifications
- Calibration of internal measuring equipment
- Development of measurement concepts and gauges
- Quality assurance through self-assessment and control
- Carrying out mechanical tests
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical vocational training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, technical draftsman or similar.
- Ideally further training in the field of measurement technology / quality assurance
- Confident handling of computer-aided measuring equipment as well as hand-held measuring equipment (calipers, angle gauges, etc.)
- Knowledge of technical standards and documentation
- Reading and understanding production drawings and tolerance specifications (dimensional, shape and position tolerances)
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Ideally experience with “Zeiss Calypso” measuring program
- Structured and analytical as well as conscientious and accurate way of working
- Ability to work in a team, sense of order and cleanliness
